Terms of Service

Sentry Realty LC (referred herein as "we" or "Sentry") provides real estate services and products subject to the following terms, conditions and limitations.

The content of site, including text, logos, graphics and images, is Sentry's property or is used under license. This content is protected by U.S. and international copyright law and, except for that portion already in public domain, may only be used in conjunction with the services offered by Sentry.

USE OF SENTRY SITE, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

Sentry is a licensed real estate company in the State of Kentucky. Its site is not intended to offer or solicit real estate services in states where law prohibits those services.

Sentry's listing, agent referral and other services to its customers are governed solely by the Exclusive Agreement to Market Property through the Multiple Listing Service or a Customer Agreement by which you request Sentry to perform a service for you supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, between you and Sentry, its directors, officers or employees with respect to the duties and obligations of the parties. No employee, broker or agent of Sentry has authority, express or implied, to modify the terms of the Exclusive Agreement to market Property through the Multiple Listing Service.

Sentry Realty LC is not licensed or permitted to practice law. Sentry strongly advises you to examine the laws of your state and, where you do not understand any part of a transaction, encourage you to consult with an attorney or other advisor before using Sentry's services. Sentry has no responsibility to provide a customer with legal advice and you are solely responsible for whether you consult a lawyer with regard to transactions contemplated herein.

FOR REFERRALS

Sentry does not guarantee or warrant the services provided by real estate brokers/agents that Sentry might refer to you. Each homeseller must independently verify the quality and experience of each real estate broker/agent that they hire. The commissions paid are subject to the agreement between the individual homeseller and the broker receiving the referral. The "Buyers Agent Selling Fee" is an estimated 3% brokerage commission paid to the broker representing the Buyer. Actual buyer's agent commission may vary based on regional agent business practices and market conditions.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Sentry's site and services are provided "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express or implied. Sentry specifically disclaims the implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some legal jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to customers in certain jurisdictions. Sentry will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
